City Traffic Engineer Dongho Chang accepts the Outstanding New Infrastructure Award for the 2nd Avenue Protected Bike Lane
A big thank you to everyone who made the 2nd Avenue Protected Bike Lane a reality, including Mayor Ed Murray, Scott Kubly, Dongho Chang, Kristen Simpson, Sandra Woods, the SDOT construction team, and the SDOT walk/bike team.
